Reflection and Assessment Day

Time to reflect on the last 3 weeks!

Students will have an opportunity to go through the full course content and we can answer any questions you will have.  Ensuring you’re fully prepared to start your new journey as a professional makeup artist.

 

Create a look using a brief given by our academy Director

The purpose of this exercise:

Demonstrate good health and safely

Demonstrate good customer service skills

Work with client expectations and brief

Skin assessment

Replicate looks to show skills learned

Adapt the chosen look to suit the clients own unique features and tones using colour theory

Consider clients outfit, hair style, nail colour and personal style from a consultation

Take photos throughout the process

You will take into account what occasion the makeup application is for and complete a full consultation taking into consideration their skin type, eye shape and preferences

Take pictures using correct lighting to showcase work for social media and use hash tags and tags to network

Experience of what it will be like to work with a client
